At CoolGoSee, we want to make sure that your fishing gear arrives as quickly and safely as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, and we use trusted carriers to ensure that your package arrives on time and in good condition.

Shipping Times

We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. In general, orders within the United States should arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note that we do not currently offer shipping outside the United States.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Our standard shipping option is free and uses a variety of carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If you need your order to arrive faster, we also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also cannot ship to international addresses at this time.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your CoolGoSee fishing gear, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
